Using robotic pets in memory care

The University of Utah has developed a protocol for using robotic animals with older adults with dementia. Research has already held several sessions with people with cognitive impairment and found that the robotic animals do have an effect. With the introduction of Ageless Innovation's Joy For All Companion pets in 2015, widespread use of robotic pets as therapy "animals" seemed within reach.

Breath-driven concept set to transform access to hand prosthetics

nTIDE June 2022 Jobs Report: Employment reaches all-time high for people with disabilities

According to the National Trends in Disability Employment – Monthly Update (nTIDE), issued by Kessler Foundation and the University of New Hampshire's Institute on Disability the employment rate and labor force participation for people with disabilities increased.
