Mobility experience: sustainability meets state-of-the-art technology to support people with disabilities
To benefit people with disabilities, it takes more than a standard model to plug into the future. F. Sodermanns Automobile GmbH collaborated with Electric Vehicle manufacturer e.GO Mobile SE to create this type of sustainable vehicle. REHACARE.com asked managing director and founder Frank Sodermanns what prompted the collaboration and learned about the little speedster’s countless possibilities.
Research and development: crash tests ensure safe design standards
When it comes to mobility, safety requirements take top priority. To drive research and development in this specific area, the company newly founded a research and development company, which operates separately from the successful car conversion entity. Its competence center for mobile safety opened its doors in 2021 in Apen, Germany.
